Problem 6.16 - Torsional Deformation

Picture with a cantilever rod subjected to torsional loading. The rod is of length 3L and has a circular ring cross section. The rod has an outer radius of ro and an inner radius of ri. The first torsional load is applied clockwise a distance L from the wall and the second torsional load is applied counter clockwise a distance of 2L from the wall.
